She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hogan and Dorothy Hogan (Austin); her husband Dean Mills; her grandson James Milbourn; and her son-in-law William "Bill" Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Myers and Thomas Milbourn (Michelle); her stepchildren, Diane, Laura, Kim, Jim and Lynn; and her close friend Donna Ruggiano. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society in loving memory of Cynthia Hogan.
