He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morris and Clara Morris (Robison); and his brother Bobby Morris. He is survived by: his wife Linn Morris (Morrill); his children, Holly Morris, Laura Morris and Bob Morris; his grandchildren, Tasha Nelson and Devin Nelson (Lindsay); his great grandchild Luna; and his siblings, Steven Morris (Deb), Mike Morris (Karen) and Susan Veit (Dolf). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Dan.
