We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 65, Daniel Robert Hamel of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his sister-in-law Crystal Hamel. He is survived by : his parents, Robert Hamel and Barbara Hamel (Hemans); his wife Marla Hamel (McCollum); his children, Matthew Hamel (Ann) and Maureen Croft (Joshua); his grandchildren, Molly, Aubree, Isaac Hamel, Florence and Desmond Croft; and his siblings, Matthew C. Hamel and Julie Colcombe (Al).

For those who wish to honor Dan's memory, memorial contributions may be made to the First Congregational Church.
