She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Crabtree and Catherine Crabtree (Tope); her husband Lyle Lawrence; her daughter Alyce Blackmer; and her siblings, Arthur Crabtree, Virginia Crabtree, James Crabtree, Jeannie Crabtree and Robert Crabtree.

She is survived by: her children, William Lawrence (Kayla), Robert Lawrence (Tamara) and Kathleen Lawrence; her son-in-law Scott Blackmer (Deb); her grandchildren, Russell, Beth, Ben, Taylor, Dennis, Alan, Alyssa, Alyna, Jody, Justin and Tiffany; and her siblings, Franklin Crabtree, Myrtle Mullens and Ruby Durham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Charlotte or the Parkinson's Foundation in memory of Donna.
