It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred D. Bannister Sr. of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, born in Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd and Evelyn "Ellin"; and his siblings, Sam, Lloyd Bannister and Nettie Bannister.

He is survived by : his wife Josephine "Jo" Bannister; his children, Fred (Lisa Bannister), Craig (Dawn Bannister) and Cathy (Craig McManus); his grandchildren, Craig Bannister, Jr., Cassie (Brandon Wheeler), Caroline McManus, Carmella McManus, Nathan Bannister and Justin Bannister; his great grandchildren, Jonathan and Michael Wheeler; and his brother Kenny Bannister (Dede).
