He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Whiting and Lorraine Whiting (Deview); his wife Bev Whiting (Thelen); his children, Jodi Ward (Roger), Rick Whiting (Vilma) and Sue Diaz (Joe); his grandchildren, Carissa Diaz, Ashley Ward, Gwen Whiting, Alex Ward, Madeline Sarno and Felicia Diaz; and his siblings, Elaine Blackburn, Margaret Yerke (Dan) and Wayne Whiting. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
