It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Marie Clinkscale of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Max Shively and Jeannetta Shively (Luke); her husband Mike Wiltse; and her foster brother George Darling. She is survived by : her caregivers, Assistant, Governor George and Secretary; her children, Donna Rich (Kevin) of Charlotte, Laura Frayre (Steven) of Lansing, Trixie Tanner (John) of Eaton Rapids, Kendra Axline (Robby) of Lansing, Belinda Hoppes of San Antonio and Michael Hoppes of San Antonio; her stepsons, Karl Hoppes (Doris) of San Antonio and Edward Hoppes of Olivet; her sisters, Ronna Chipman (Wade) of Ionia, Judith Hall of Okemos and Susan Danby (Bryan) of Portland; and her parrot Daisy. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
