He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kohon and Agnes Kohon (Wierikko); and his siblings, Judy Gemmell, John Kohon and Jim Kohon.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Kohon and Emily Holes; his grandsons, James Holes and David Holes; his sisters, Jean Hansen (Leif), June Erickson (Gary) and Mary Schiavo (Jon); and his brother-in-law Russ Gemmell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
