He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barbour and Laura Barbour; and his brother-in-law Fred Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Barbour; his children, Darragh Barbour, Brianne Steward (Christopher) and Tara Kadrie (Bran); his grandchildren, Skylar Evans and Eli Steward; and his siblings, John Barbour (Kay), Judith Barbour-Osborne and David Barbour (Janet). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Living Hope Church or the EAA KidVenture in Paul's honor.
