He was predeceased by : his wife Joyce Adleman (Knoop); his siblings, Art, Floyd Adleman and Dolly Lile; and his grandson Creig Adleman.

He is survived by : his children, Kathy Desgrange (Dennis), Tim Adleman (Sue) and Ron Adleman (Barb). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or Elara Caring Hospice in memory of Duane.
