With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Suzanne Leila Ellsworth of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on April 23, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ceil Botsford and Ruth Botsford (Halladay); her husband Dale Ellsworth; her children, Judy Gray and Jeffrey Ellsworth; and her grandchildren, Holli Tyler and Justin Ellsworth.
She is survived by: her children, James Ellsworth (Theresa), Joe Ellsworth (Linda), John Ellsworth (Debbie), Janice O'Donnell (Mark) and Jill Hardy; her children-in-law, Mark Gray and Samantha Ellsworth; her son Andrew Oglesby; and her siblings, Thomas Botsford and Diane Botsford. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
