He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Warner (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Gavin (Allison), Mya, Cooper, Josie, Bodhi and Riplee; his great grandchild Hendryx; his siblings, Tim (Sue), Todd (Karen), Terry (Sarah) and Tammy Swartz (Mike); his sister-in-law Sue Powers; and his close friends, Tracy and Becky. He is also survived by his family, especially his daughter and grandchildren.
