He is survived by: his parents, Michael Slimak and Autumn Rogers of Holt; his siblings, Phelix, Maverick, Leelynd, Tatum and Kylie; his grandparents, Samantha Rogers, Kenneth Rogers, Lorie and Jeff Slimak; his great-grandparents, Karen Brooks, Rose Slimak and Donna Spagnola; his aunts and uncles, Trevor Slimak, Kayla Rowsey (Donovan), Gabriella Rogers and Parker Rogers; and his cousins, Ezra Rowsey, Koda Rowsey, Ace Patterson and Mae Patterson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home - Shelly-Odell Chapel (518 S Main St, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
