He was predeceased by : his parents, Ferdinand Marks and Alvina Marks (Frank); his wife Carol; and his brother Edward. He is survived by : his stepdaughter Kim Scott; his stepgranddaughters, Becky and Bethany; his nephew Jeffery Marks; and his nieces, Ellen Hasse, Diane Smith and Kathy Decker.
