He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willoughby and Virginia Willoughby (Phillips); his brother Ronnie Willoughby; and his nephew Ronnie Willoughby Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Hinz; his sons, Roger Willoughby (Tina) and Heath Willoughby; and his sisters, Gwendolyn Smith (Creight), Pamela Willoughby and Carol Anchor. He is also survived by five grandsons; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
