He is survived by: his mother Mary "Betsy" Smigelski; his girlfriend Samantha Bartlett; his children, Claire, Kennedy, Cass and David; and his siblings, Gloria Ellrich, Pat Smigelski (Viki) and Dawn Smigelski (Jason). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
