He is survived by: his wife Deb Kuczynski; his sons, Keith Kuczynski (Amanda), Jesse Kuczynski (Alayna) and Ryan Kuczynski (Olivia); his grandchildren, Luke, Hudson, Karter, Brinleigh and Gracelyn; his sisters, Debbie Yonkman and Lori Hall; and his nieces and nephews, Bob Yonkman, Aaron Yonkman, Michael Kuczynski, Brittany Hall, Shaine Kuczynski, Dustin Loynes and Nick Loynes.
