She was predeceased by : her husband Robert V. Petersen; her parents, Fred Heintzelman and Mattie Heintzelman; and her sons, Virgil and Earl Seelye.

She is survived by : her children, William and Diana Muller; and her friends, Don and Cindy Nunn. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
