He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Christy and Leveda Christy (Patton); and his former wife Hanby. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jeffery Christy (Kelly) and Jennifer Christy-Grimm (Jeramiah Buss); his stepchildren, Stefanie Lombardi (Joshua) and Christopher Banks (Christy); his grandchildren, Andrew Christy, Cole and Taylor Grimm; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren, Madison, Skylar and Jack; his siblings, Mike Christy (Marianne) and Carolyn Ramsey (Dolye); and his nephew Chad Ramsey (Brandy). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
