He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Neff and Myrtle Neff (Frederick); his wife Gloria (Parcell); his son Tim A. Neff; his grandchildren, Jenna K. Neff and Brock D. Neff; and his siblings, Veloris Neff (Margaret) and Elaine Eby (Devon).
He is survived by: his children, James D. Neff (Kathleen), Ted W. Neff (Cheryl) and Gena L. Oake (Kim).
