He is survived by: his children, Linda Botich (late Jeffrey), Cindy Osborne (David), Sheryl Foreman and John Foreman (Avona); his stepson Tim Penkala (Anne-Marie); his grandchildren, Sarah Johnson (Aaron), Joshua Osborne (Beth), Nicole Botich, Sydney Penkala and Kendall Penkala; and his great grandchildren, Evan Johnson, Owen Johnson (Ashley), Camden Foreman, Chloe Osborne, Liam Osborne and Lorelai Osborne.
