We announce the death of Donna Evonne Curtis of Elk Rapids, Michigan, born in Warren, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 76. Donna will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Donna will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Donna’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Battista and Ken Battista (Jaime Frank); her grandchildren, Ali, Parker and Spencer; and her siblings, Linda Curtis, Ronald Curtis (Donna), David Curtis (Mary) and Sharon Major.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery.
