He was predeceased by: his parents, John Butch and Monica Butch (Lubeski); his son Gregory Butch; his grandson Adam Butch; and his siblings, Herb, Melvin, Willard, Dennis and Adeline.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; and his grandchildren, Bradford Butch (Holly), Aaron, Kaitlin Butch, Joshua, Jenni, Logan Welliver, Jill, Paul Kneffel, Stephanie Butch (Tom), Sarah, Jarred Dorman, Lindsay, Tim Czyzyk, Brandon, Katlyn Draher, Rachel and Bryce Eyre. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
