He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil and Mary (Czachorowski). He is survived by: his son John William Ujlaky II (Bridgette) of Jenison; his grandchildren, Beaumont, Nadia and Charisse; his daughter Stephanie Ann Landry (Dennis) of Middleville; his granddaughters, Olivia and Emilie; his daughter Erica Lea Gilliam (Jimmy) of Roscommon; his grandsons, Ethan, Chase and Cody; his daughter Alexa Louise Stiles (Russel) of Wilmington; and his grandson Wesley.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 517 E Main St 517 e, Bannister, MI 48807. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ford Cemetery (11239 E Gratiot Rd, Elsie, MI 48831).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Eaton County Animal Shelter in his memory.
