He is survived by: his son John William Ujlaky II (Bridgette) of Jenison; his grandchildren, Beaumont, Nadia and Charisse; his daughter Stephanie Ann Landry (Dennis) of Middleville; his granddaughters, Olivia and Emilie; his daughter Erica Lea Gilliam (Jimmy) of Roscommon; his grandsons, Ethan, Chase and Cody; his daughter Alexa Louise Stiles (Russel) of Wilmington; and his grandson Wesley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Eaton County Animal Shelter in his memory.
