She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Gearey and Ethel Gearey (Sjostrom); her husband Robert "Bob" Peters; her son-in-law John Winkler; her former husband Mark O'Donnell; and the father of her children Edwin Knutson.
She is survived by: her children, Arlo Knutson (Deena), Elsie Loynes, Loretta Winkler and Larry Knutson (Maureen Cullen); and her grandchildren, Jamie Gillespie (Jason), Heather Coleman (Eric), Rhonda Fauble (Scott), Ross Loynes (Ashley Johnson), Rita Loynes-Alleman (Shane Pitmon), Erik Knutson, Kelsey Knutson and Kristian Knutson (Alexis). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
