He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Sperl and Kelley Gale (Tim); his sister Patty Hanes (Dave); his grandchildren, Ava Deroge and Nolan (Tatum Gale); and his nieces, Makell Magley (Jeremy) and Lacey Tyler (Chris).
