He was predeceased by: his siblings, Shirley Rademacher, Lee James and John (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rae Saylor of Cyril's Church; and his sons, David (Heidi), Mike (Kim), Keith (Susan) and Kevin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that private donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Bethany Christian Services.
