He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Dueweke and Helen Dueweke (Dykeman); his son Joseph Dueweke; his grandson Stephen Bezel; his daughter-in-law Denise Dueweke; and his siblings, Donald Dueweke, Shirley Dueweke, Barbara and Robert Haase.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Cheryl Bezel of Waterford, Russell Dueweke of Marysville, Raymond (Patti Dueweke), Linda (Bernie Marconi), Michael Dueweke of Attica, Andy (Renee Dueweke), John (Stacey Dueweke) and Nichole (Brian Francek). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (10828 Brandon Rd, Emmett, MI 48022). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Emmett Lions Club.
