He is survived by: his former wife Carol Smith; his son Allen Smith; his grandchildren, Brandon, Kyle, Amber (Chase), Ashley and Casey; his son Lonnie Smith (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Meghan, Darlyn, Serena (Nathan), Kailey (Mitchell), Sydney (Tyler) and Lawson (Jersie); his daughter Carrie Smith (Matt); his grandchildren, Colton, Macara and Jimmy; his son Carter Smith; his grandchildren, Carter Jr. (Riley), Gracie and Mason; his sisters, Betty Whisnant (John), Cheryl Blake and Kathy Knust (Richard); his aunt Tip Willman; his family Jody Mihal (Jodie); Noah. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
