We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2022, at the age of 86, Gerald William Baynton Sr. of Engadine, Michigan, born in Traverse City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Baynton and Crystal Baynton (Wahl); his grandson Derek; his great grandchild Destiny; and his siblings, Rita Tellier and Robert Baynton.

He is survived by : his wife Rachel McAlpine; his children, Timothy Baynton (Michelle) of McMillan, Christopher Baynton (Lori) of Manistique, Kelly Orsini (Tony) of Naugatuck, Gerald "Bill" Baynton (Judy) of Desoto and Tyson Baynton (Marianne); and his siblings, Ronald Baynton of Gulf Port, Leonard Baynton of Germfask, Patricia Maguire of Milwaukee and Sheila Jarrell (James) of Rogers City.
