He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Kolinski; and his sister Kathy Eckhart. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kolinski; his son Donald Kolinski (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Skyler, Jadin, Alyssa and Berlyn; his great grandchild Gatlin Sarver; and his siblings, Richard Kolinski (Katie), Gary Kolinski, Kenny Kolinski (Debbie) and Julie Kurth (Dan).
