Harold R. Coon Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 21, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Harold R. Coon Jr. of Erie, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sr. Coon and Belma Coon (Hall); his brothers, Seishi, Nobuko, Yoshiro, Masahiro, Nahomi and Taketoshi; his parents-in-law, Sakae and Shizuko; his brother Donald Coon; and his brother-in-law Bobby Potter.

He is survived by: his sister Pauline Potter of Monroe; his sister-in-law Hildegard Coon of Lakeland; and his children, Bernard Coon (Deborah), Naomi Coon, Ronald Coon, Amy Southworth (Paul), Brenda Ryan (Mike) and Howard Coon (Heather). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given to the Trinity Lutheran Church of Monroe and Southeast Michigan Antique Tractor & Engine Association.
