She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Puhek and Mary Puhek; her former husband Wesley Bajanen; her husband James Hughes Sr.; her children, Randall Bajanen and Laura Jo Blazer; her sister June Riley; her son-in-law Thomas Carlson; her grandson Mason Bajanen; her great grandchild Bella C. C. Bajanen; and her stepson Dan Hughes.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Carlson (Norm Peterson); her children-in-law, Tamara Bajanen and Hal Blazer; her foster children, James Reynolds (Fran) and Jewel Hall; her grandchildren, Michael Bajanen (Chris), Stacy Reed (Brad), Chad Carlson (Cathy) and Karie Huskey; her great grandchildren, Jane, Claire Reed, Cailey, Caleb Carlson, Cassadra Huskey, Marissa and Karlena Onate; and her great great grandchildren, Willow, Liam and Kendrick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.
