He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Virginia Williams (Ring) and Daniel Williams; his son Christopher S. Williams; and his siblings, Robert Williams, Richard Williams, Daniel Williams, Dale Williams and Sally Kositzky.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Williams of Escanaba; his sons, Ronald Williams (Amanda) of Gwinn, Carl Williams (Missy) of Manitowoc, WI, David Williams of Escanaba and Bradley Williams (Stephanie) of Escanaba; and his siblings, Donna Pach of Gladstone, Sharon Johnson (Jim) of Escanaba, Susie McGuigan of Gladstone and Duane "Dewey" Williams (Cathleen) of Wells. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
