He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Lindquist (Thompson) and Norman L. Lindquist; his brother Jack Lindquist; his sister-in-law Sue Strom; and his niece Erin Lindquist-Ardon.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Strom; his son David (Melissa D'Arcy) of Washington, D. C.; his sister Kӓren Lindquist of San Diego, CA; his brothers-in-law, Peter Strom (Laura) and Paul Strom (Escanaba); and his friends, Pamela D and Kristin Erickson Darby of Dexter, MI..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:45 PM and at 3:45 PM at the Historical Society's Museum (16 Water Plant Rd, Escanaba, MI 49829).
In place of flowers contributions in memory of Charles may be made to the Delta County Historical Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
