It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl M. Mathias of Escanaba, Michigan, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Cheryl may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
A rosary was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crawford Funeral Home - Escanaba (302 13th St S, Escanaba, MI 49829).
