He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Judy, Roy Djerf and William Nelson. He is survived by: his parents, Craig L. Nelson and Valerie A. Nelson of Escanaba; his wife Lauren Nelson; his children, Eliza Nelson, Axle Aho and Asher Nelson; his brothers, Brenden Davis of Escanaba, Timothy Johnson of Escanaba and Lucas Nelson of Escanaba; his grandparents, Rita and Reynold Nelson; his aunts and uncles, Anna Kositzke, Cory Nelson (Dawn) and Chris Kimpel; and his sister-in-law Taylor Houlton (Kolby).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Crawford Funeral Home - Escanaba (302 13th St S, Escanaba, MI 49829). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
