He is survived by: his wife Susan; his brother Gregg Jacobsen (Michele); his mother-in-law Catherine Kumkoski; his siblings-in-law, Denna Zuidema, Michael Kumkoski, James Kumkoski, Mark Kumkoski and Thomas Kumkoski; his nephews, Christopher Jacobsen (Whitney), James Sawaski (Kathleen) and Michael Zuidema (Taylor); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nellie, Beckham, Ava, Henry (Erin) and RJ (Stephanie).
