He is survived by: his children, Mary Bergner (Jim) of Two Rivers, WI, Carol Svihl (Dale) of Hastings, MI, Lynn Farmer (Ray) of Suamico, WI and James Greis (Nikki) of Dorr, MI; his grandchildren, Alex Bergner (Rachel), Max Bergner, Matt Farmer (Lindsay Yourist) and Anna Gornowich; his great grandchild Laila; his grandchildren, Jenna Greis and Trent Greis; his brother Tom Greis (Martha); and his sister-in-law Annette Greis.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to either OSF St. Francis Hospital Hospice or Delta County Cancer Alliance.
