He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton R. Olsen and Anita D. Olsen (Ammel); and his wife Patti Prim. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Jill Shiner Vickers, Markka Farrington and Tracy Vickers; his grandchildren, Hadley and Evan Vickers; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Prim and Sue Prim.
