She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Brinker and Eva Brinker (Seager); her husband Robert Tighe; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her children, David Tighe (Maureen), Lorraine Tighe, Kathleen Powers (Jeff), Colleen Reader (Bill), Tom Tighe (Carol), Michael Tighe (Kirsten), Patty Tighe (Lorne Watson), Dan Tighe (Theresa) and Bobby Tighe (Judy); her grandchildren, Nick Powers, Madison Powers, Eva Reader, Ben Reader, Casey Weems (Alex), Brady Tighe (Stasia), Tommy Tighe (Lina), Dominic Tighe, Patrick Tighe, Jack Tighe, Asa Watson, Paul Tighe, Maggie Kibbe (Eli), Ella Kies (Paul) and Charles Tighe; her great grandchildren, Abigail and Katherine Weems; her sister Evelyn Curphy; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Rogers. She is also survived by her husband, children, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Catholic Church (817 S Lincoln Rd, Escanaba, MI 49829). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (17 Mile Rd, Big Rapids, MI 49307).
