He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Chase and Leila Chase (Derpy); his sister Penny Linden; and his pets, Buddy and Junior.
He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Gaudette, Connie Joncas (Leon), Carol Aker, Patti Chase, Sally Geroux and Cecil Chase. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
