She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chouinard and Bernadette Chouinard (Pepin); her husband Kenneth Beauchamp; her daughter Marlene Smiltneek (Keith); and her siblings, Emil Chouinard (Ruth), Arlene Haglund, Clarabell Chouinard and Loretta Robitaille.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Beauchamp (Jan), James Beauchamp (Pam), Judith Mutz (Dennis), Patrick Beauchamp (Addie), Theresa Malechek (Archie) and Geraldine Thayer; and her siblings, George Chouinard (Sue), Marvin Chouinard (Maryann), Ronald Chouinard (Cathy) and Kathleen Frasch (Joe). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
