She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond "Shorty" DeGrand and Mary DeGrand (Blomstrom); her husband Frank Berres; her son Mike; her brothers, Tommy and Bobby; her stepfather Slim; her sisters-in-law, Maire McMahon and Barb Berres; Frank, Isabelle Berres, Patrick Berres, Patrick DeGaynor and Scotty.
She is survived by: her children, John Berres (Michele) of Lansing, MI, Susie Beckon (Brian), Margie Gregoire (Denny Schaub) of Escanaba and Karen Platt (Mark) of Florence, AZ; her children-in-law, Katie Brewer Berres Boychuck (Joe) of Luxemburg, WI and Pete Gregoire; her grandchildren, Sofie, Michael-Marie, Peter, Kyle, Kerry, Darby (Andrew), Jake, Elise (Kyle), Stephanie, Erin (Aaron), Shelby (Hayden), Ross (Abby) and Amanda (Derek); her great grandchildren, Hank, Rudy, Harper, Quinn and Walker; her siblings, Tookie, Vicki, Julie, Patti, Dinko, Jimmy, Cat and Woggs; and her siblings-in-law, Blackie, Val, Kathy, Nancy and Judi.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Berres family. At a later date, contributions will be directed to the Frank Berres Memorial Scholarship and Elks Auxiliary.
