He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Romps and Shirley J. Romps (Schmitz); and his brothers, Dennis and William Romps. He is survived by: his children, Cailin and Liam; his aunt Judith Schmitz; his sister-in-law Catherine (Bill); and his siblings, Ronald Romps (Carol), Thomas Romps (Marcy), Cheryl Stein (Randy), Diane Talford (David), John Romps (Starr), Michael Romps (Rannah), Robert Romps (Linda), James Romps (Linda) and Mary Carignan (Shaun). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and their children.
