He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond, Sr. Phillips and Lucy Phillips (Hurkmans); and his brothers, Richard and Bill Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Phillips of Escanaba; his children, Susan Letson of Green Bay, WI and Raymond Phillips, III (Karen); and his siblings, Rod Phillips (Linda) of Gladstone and Dawn Lavigne of Pulaski, WI. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
