He was predeceased by: his father Elmer "Al" Belanger; his sister Tammy Vardigan; his grandparents, Art and Millie Walker; his uncle Harold "Duke" Walker; his brother-in-law Tom Leonard; his parents-in-law, Roy Johnson and Norma Johnson; his brothers-in-law, Ricky Johnson and Robby Johnson; and his pets, Buster, Petey and Steve.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Belanger (Walker); his wife Peggy; his daughters, Becky Pamperin, Amy Dier (Scott Pini), Cindy Belanger (Brianna) and Jennie Shepich (John); his grandchildren, Noah, Ava Dier, Parker, Paityn, Paxton Pamperin and Cameron Belanger; his pet Vern; his siblings, Nancy Kositzky (Dave), Chris Leonard, Roni Beaudoin (Jim), Brad Belanger (Amy Graves), Marla Jazdzyk (Pete) and Todd Belanger; his aunts, Doreen Luokkanen and Pat Walker; his brother-in-law Bob Vardigan (Cindy Gersich); his son-in-law Jamie Dier; and his close friend Cliff DeSalvo. He is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed to the family, and a memorial in Rick's name will be established at a later date.
