He is survived by: his children, Jim Slade (Renee Schuck) and Micki Murray (Chris); his grandchildren, Robert Slade (Mackenzie), Jamie Wittman (Adam), Cody Murray (Kaili) and Carter Murray; his great grandchildren, Ruby, Parker and Willow; his brother Russell; his nephews, Gary Slade and Dale Slade (Sandra); his great-nephews, Hunter and Mason; his niece Julia Cali (Michael); his stepgrandson Paul (Nicole); Addalyn, Annabelle and James.
