With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Milton Fugere of Escanaba, Michigan, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Thomas farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Thomas is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Fugere and Flora Fugere (Gascon); and his wife Joan Bichler. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Fugere Brown (Joseph); his grandchildren, Cherish Hoy (Adam) of Escanaba and Ben Brown of Merrill, WI; his great grandchild Alice Hoy; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Schmidt and Robert Bichler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to the Delta Animal Shelter or an organization as you wish.
