She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William, Barbara Kassick, Casimir and Bernadette Milkiewicz; and her uncle Steve Milkiewicz.
She is survived by: her parents, Mary Lynn "Bunny" Milkiewicz (Kassick) and David Milkiewicz; her son Hunter Shope; and her uncles, Terry Milkiewicz (Carol), Rick Milkiewicz (Lois) and Sydney Milkiewicz (Marge).
